Senator Duncan moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                    
shown as a cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 197 An Act                             
prohibiting increases in health insurance premiums if the insured is           
a victim of domestic violence.  Without objection, it was so                   
ordered.
